Personal experience
First of all, I would like to say I am a simple person just like everyone else, and perhaps I am simpler than you think. Everyone here has an account on Facebook or Instagram, and I also have a decent number of followers, but I will not disclose it for the sake of excitement.
I won’t talk about my accounts on social media, but there is something that caught my attention: the closer it gets to evening and as time rushes us to midnight, I’ve noticed an increase in the number of messages and calls I receive, most of them from people I barely know as followers on my page, but they open their hearts and talk to me as if I were their only savior.
The question that arises: Why are such messages and calls abundant at night? Do they want to give me insomnia! Certainly not.
The lifestyle we live today pushes people toward more individuality and isolation, weakening the bonds of family and social connections. As a result, our relationships become unfulfilled and fail to meet our human aspirations.
All those who contact me in the evening and sometimes late at night want only one thing: (( for someone to truly listen to them )) The night removes much of the dust of chaos that clings to us during the movements of life, leaving us in front of the reality of our weakness and our need for someone to mend the damages we have suffered.
The paradox is my suffering is not much different from theirs, I am alone living in the far north of the Earth where darkness lasts most of the day and cold surrounds my home from all sides while I sit here writing these lines to you, not knowing who I should contact!
